Calendar Views

As in the previous calendar, you can switch between the day and week view as well as an agenda and a diary view. Further to that, you can decide if to show cancelled appointments as well as the height of the diary view. All those settings have moved to the icon in the top right corner of the "Calendar".

Whereas in our old calendar you could navigate day by day and week by week, our new calendar only supports moving week by week. To do so, use the right and left arrows in the top left corner of the calendar.

Bulk actions

If, for example, you are off sick and need to cancel all your appointments for the day, you can now do that in 10to8. Just click on the hamburger icon next to the date for today and you will get a "Cancel all bookings" option.

Once you click on the option you get a list of all your bookings as well as an option to compose the cancellation message that will be sent to the clients on those bookings.

Viewing multiple Schedules

The new 10to8 calendar allows you to view multiple schedules at the same time. For example, if you wanted to, you could view yourself and a colleague's schedules together or the schedules of a team. This allows you to easily find an available slot that works for everyone. Just select the names of the staff members you'd like to view, in the drop-down box at the top of the page. To remove staff members from the view, you can select the 'X' next to their name.
