With 10to8 you have the ability to send messages after your booking is finished. This can be useful for getting your clients to book themselves in again, to thank them for their custom, or for other purposes. This guide will help you set follow-up messages.

How to set Follow-Up Messages

1 - Head to "Messaging" > "Customer Messaging".

2 - Scroll to the ‘Reminders & Follow-ups’ section.

3 - Click ‘Add Reminder/Follow-Up’

4 - A new reminder will be created. Simply adjust the 'Before' option to 'After' to turn any reminder message into a follow-up message.
