We offer more advanced data exports that will allow you to get even more out of your 10to8 data here. Please do be aware that any report you run on that page will include data from all organisations you are part of on 10to8!


When exporting data you can, for most reports, choose a date range for the data you want to export. Please use the fields provided for that:



Once you click submit the report will be run in the background and at peak times it can take an hour for it to be compleated. You will also need to make sure to refresh the page to check if the report is available, once available you will see a link that you can click to download the report:

Bookings Reports

You can use the booking reports to see more appointment data across all businesses you are part of. The booking reports includes the following details:

  • Id - The unique ID for the appointment
  • Organisation - The name of the organization the appointment is on
  • Service Name - The name of the service for the booking
  • Start - The start date and time
  • Duration - The duration of the appointment, in minutes
  • Staff Name - The name of the staff member
  • Staff ID - The unique ID of the staff member
  • Staff Email - The email address of the staff member
  • User ID - The unique ID assigned to every login by 10to8, so if you have staff across multiple organisations their staff ID will change but the User ID will not change
  • Username - The staff members login email
  • Customer Name - The name of the customer on the appointment
  • Customer ID - The unique customer ID
  • Room - The name of the room assigned to the appointment
  • Current Price - The price of the service
  • Owed At Booking - If a customer skipped the payment at booking because it was optional, this would show an outstanding balance to be paid during the appointment
  • Paid At Booking - The amount paid at the time of booking
  • Payment Method - The payment method used to pay
  • Status - The status of the appointment, more details on statuses can be found under - The different appointment statuses and what they mean
  • Notes - Any private notes added to the booking
  • URL - The URL for the booking, so you can quickly access it


Service Reports

The services report will show you how many appointments you have booked for each service you offer and what status each one of them has. This will allow you to get an overview of the performance of your individual service and how popular each one of them is. The service report will show you the following details:

  • Service id - The unique ID assigned to each service
  • Organisation - The name of the organisation the service is set up on
  • Name - The name of the service
  • Description - The description of the service
  • Public name - The name, displayed on the booking page, of the service
  • Public description - The description, displayed on the booking page, of the service
  • Total Appointments - The total number of appointments booked for the time range you exported
  • Noshow Appointments - The total number of no-shows for the time range you exported
  • Arrived Appointments - The total number of appointments marked as arrived for the time range you exported
  • Active Appointments - The total number of active bookings for the time range you exported
  • Rescheduled Appointments - The total number of rescheduled appointments for the time range you exported
  • Cancelled Appointments - The total number of cancelled appointments for the time range you exported
  • Noshow Percentage - The percentage of no-shows for the time range you exported
  • Rescheduled Percentage - The percentage of rescheduled appointments for the time range you exported
  • Cancellations Percentage - The percentage of cancelled appointments for the time range you exported
  • Undelivered messages - The total number of undelivered messages for the time range you exported
  • Overlooked Appointments - The total number of appointments you have not accepted/rejected for the time range you exported


Staff Appointment Reports

Similar to the services report, this report shows you the performance across your staff members. We will show you the following data based on each staff member:

  • Staff id - The unique ID assigned to the staff member at the business
  • Organisation - The name of the organisation they are in
  • Staff Name - The name of the staff member
  • Staff Services - The services this staff member can do at that organisation
  • Total Appointments - The total appointments the staff member has had in the date range exported
  • Noshow Appointments - The total number of no-shows the staff member has had in the date range exported
  • Arrived Appointments - The total number of appointments marked as arrived that the staff member has had in the date range exported
  • Active Appointments - The total number of appointments marked as active that the staff member has had in the date range exported
  • Rebooked Appointments - The total number of appointments marked as rebooked that the staff member has had in the date range exported
  • Cancelled Appointments - The total number of appointments marked as cancelled that the staff member has had in the date range exported


Appointment Services Reports

This report will show you the most details about all of your appointments. It will also include the answers to each custom question asked at booking. The report also includes additional sheets within the workbook that you downloaded. The once to be used are called "Bookings" and "Services by consultant". The "Calibration uploader" can also be used but that one is mostly a copy of the "Bookings" sheet and has been specifically designed for a small number of clients. Bookings

The bookings sheet withing the Appointment Services Reports will include the following details:

  • Organisation Id - The ID assigned to an organisation
  • Organisation Name - The name of the organisation
  • Date of appointment - The date of the appointment
  • Date appointment booked - The date when the appointment was booked
  • Datetime of appointment - The date and time of when the appointment starts
  • Time of appointment - The start time of the appointment
  • Service Name - The name of the services the appointment is booked for
  • Duration - The duration of the booking
  • Consultant Name - The name of the staff member on the booking
  • Client name - The name of the customer on the booking
  • Client Email - The email address of the customer on the booking
  • Appointment status - The status of the appointment, more details on statuses can be found under - The different appointment statuses and what they mean
  • A column for each custom question asked at booking


Services by consultant

The service by consultant sheet withing the Appointment Services Reports will include the following details:

  • Service Name - The name of the service
  • Consultants for the service - The name of the staff member who can do the service


Service Statistics Reports

The service statistic report will show very similar data to the service reports. Nevertheless, it will include additional details. All you need to select is one date and we will then show you service data based on the week, previous week and month for the selected date. The details included in the report are:


  • Service Name - The name of the service
  • Total Appointments - Total number of appointments booked for that service
  • Noshow Appointments - The total number of no shows for that service
  • Arrived Appointments - The total number of appointments marked as arrived
  • Active Appointments - The total number of appointments marked as active 
  • Rescheduled Appointments - The total number of rescheduled appointments
  • Cancelled Appointments - The total number of cancelled appointments
  • Noshow Percentage - The percentage of no-shows for that service
  • Rescheduled Percentage - The percentage of changed appointments for that service
  • Cancellations Percentage - The percentage of cancellations for that service
  • Undelivered messages - The number of undelivered messages
  • Overlooked Appointments - The total number of appointments you have not accepted/rejected for the time range you exported


Appointment Monitoring Reports

The appointment monitoring report allows you to view more details about your appointments, like being able to see who last changed a booking. The details included in the export are:

  • Date Appointment Booked - The date of when the appointment was booked
  • Time Appointment Booked - The time of when the appointment was booked
  • Date of Appointment - The date of the appointment
  • Time of Appointment - The start time of the appointment
  • Appointment Type - The name of the service
  • Booked By - The name of the person that booked the appointment
  • Customer Reference - The unique ID assigned to the customer
  • Customer Name - The name of the customer
  • Customer Email Address - The email address of the customer
  • Customer Telephone Number - The customer's phone number
  • Name of Advisor booked for - The name of the staff member
  • Notes - Any notes added to the booking
  • Status -
  • Name of user who last updated the appointment - The name of the customer/staff who last made a change to the booking


Capacity Monitoring Reports

The capacity monitoring report will show you how many hours your staff members are available for and how many of those hours have been booked by customers. The details included are:

  • Staff Name - The name of the staff member
  • Total Availability Hours - The number of hours the staff member is/was available for
  • Total Appointment Hours - The number of hours the staff member was/is booked for
  • Capacity - The percentage that the staff member has been booked out for


The different appointment statuses and what they mean

  • cancel_request - The customer requested a cancellation which needs approving
  • cancelled - The appointment was cancelled
  • confirm - The appointment will happen
  • finished_early - This is the status of an appointment that is happening at the time the export was run. The appointment was already marked as Finished (e.g. 3-hour long booking and 2 hours into the booking someone marks it as finished)
  • overdue - This is for appointments that are happening at the time of the export but it has not been marked as arrived yet
  • past - The appointment has happened
  • rebooked - An appointment that was rescheduled to a new date and time
  • unconfirmed - Customer requested the booking but it was not yet accepted
