With 10to8 you can run basic reports by exporting your data from 10to8 and using Excel or Google Sheets to analyse your data.


We offer to export appointments from either the "Calendar" or from "Inbox & Exports" > "Export Data".

Exporting data from the calendar


To export the current week you are viewing on the calendar plus around one week into the past and about two weeks into the future, you will need to head over to "Calendar" and click on the 3 dots in the top right corner. Now you can select "Export to Excel" from the drop-down.


A download should have started and the file can be opened in Excel or Google Sheets. In the export you will see the following data:

  • Service Name - The name of the service that was booked
  • Start Time - The start time of the appointment
  • End Time - The end time of the appointment
  • Customers Name - The name of the customer on the booking
  • Customers ID - The unique ID assigned to the customer
  • Staff Name - The staff who was booked
  • Staff ID - The unique ID assigned to the staff on the booking
  • Location - The location of the booking
  • No Show - TRUE if the booking was a no-show and FALSE if it was not a no-show
  • Notes - Any private notes added to the booking

Exporting all appointment data


To export all appointments ever booked on your account, head over to "Inbox & Exports" > "Export Data" and click on "Export appointments". The export will now run and once ready you can download it and open it in for example Excel or Google Sheets.



The export will include the following data for all appointments ever booked on your account:


  • id
  • start time - The start time of the appointment
  • end time - The end time of the appointment
  • length - The duration of the booking
  • type - The name of the service that was booked
  • location - The location of the booking
  • customer - The name of the customer on the booking
  • customer id - The unique ID assigned to the customer
  • customer no show - TRUE if the booking was a no-show and FALSE if it was not a no-show
  • state - The status of the booking
  • staff - The staff who was booked
  • staff id - The unique ID assigned to the staff on the booking
  • notes - Any private notes added to the booking

What statuses does 10to8 offer on appointments and what do they mean?

  • cancel_request - Customer requested cancellation, needs accepting
  • cancelled - The booking was cancelled
  • confirm - Booking will happen
  • finished_early - This is the status of an appointment that is happening at the time the export was run. The appointment was already marked as Finished (e.g. 3-hour long booking and 2 hours into the booking someone marks it as finished).
  • overdue - This is for appointments that are happening at the time of the export but it has not been marked as arrived yet.
  • past - Booking has happened
  • rebooked - An appointment that was rescheduled to a new date and time
  • unconfirmed - Customer requested booking but it was not yet accepted
