How to send your booking confirmations as a request to your Customers/Staff so that they get added straight to their calendars.


1. Go to “Messaging” > “Email Styling”

2. Select Attach ICS files to emails

3. Select Send all ICS files to customers as requests, even if confirmed if you want to send confirmation as a request to your customer.

4. Select Send all ICS files to staff as requests, even if confirmed if you want to send confirmation as a request to your Staff.
