How to use tags?
To get started head over to “Customers” and click on one of your customer records. Now you can just enter the name of the tag you want to create and hit enter (the tag colour is random and can not be changed at this time).
Once you created the tag, it will be automatically added to the customer record.
If you like to, you can also add multiple tags to a single customer record. This way you can keep track of multiple things you think are important for your business.
Search for tags
To search for a tag just enter the name of the tag into the search box. If your tag should be quite close to a customers name and you only want to use tags for search results, you can use the option only search by tag.
