This article will explain how to merge duplicate customer records in 10to8.

Locating Customer Records

To merge a duplicate customer record, head to the left-hand menu within your 10to8 account and click "Customers".

Then, use the "Search" bar to find the duplicate customer record.

Merging Customer Records

Once you have identified all of the customer records you wish to merge, you can click on the arrow next to the "+ Add Customer" button and pick the option to "Merge Customers".

Select the customers you wish to merge and click "Merge x Customers".
