How to accept an invitation


When you create a new staff profile, you have the option to invite them to your account. Once you have invited them to the platform, they will receive an email, much like this: 




The staff member needs to click “CONNECT” and log in with the email address they were invited with (likely to be their work email address). Once they click “CONNECT”, they will see a pop-up window like this:



If your staff member has an existing 10to8 account, they should select Login. 


If they do not have an existing login, they will need to click the 'Create a new account' button. This will prompt them to create an account, like so:
