How to Export Data


  1. Go to "Inbox & Reports" > "Export Data" from the left-hand-side menu and click on one of the three buttons to request an export.
  2. The export process will take a few seconds. Once the data is ready, a blue download button will appear.
  3. Click the blue "Download" button to save onto your computer as CSV file. The data can be viewed in Excel or other spreadsheet applications.


By heading to 'Inbox & Reports > Export Data', you will be able to export information to spreadsheets.


The Exported Data


Each export will contain different data:

  • Customers: customer name, all saved contact info like email address and telephone number, who they last saw, date of the last appointment, date of next event, notes

  • Staff: staff name, public name, all saved contact info like email address and telephone number, role, calendar colour, notes

  • Appointments: Appointment start time, end time, length, type, location, customer, state (eg. confirmed, no show), staff member, notes
